Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, including carrier selection, route optimization, and documentation compliance
- Manage inventory control systems to track stock levels and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee packing, crating, and loading procedures to meet safety standards
- Act as primary liaison between warehouse, sales, and transportation teams
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively address delivery delays
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance protocols
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
