Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations from order processing to final delivery
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate with carriers for cost-effective solutions
- Prepare and manage international shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams for operational alignment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Oracle SCM, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations (FMC, IATA, customs compliance)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
