Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide status updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate with carriers for timely deliveries
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with shipping partners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile shipping data
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and WMS
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
