Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules, load planning, and carrier selection
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, shipping manifests) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms and provide proactive updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for smooth operations
- Analyze shipping costs and optimize routes for maximum efficiency
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Experience with LTL, FTL, and air freight operations
