Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations using WMS software
- Process customs documentation and compliance paperwork for cross-border shipments
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and track delivery status in real-time
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics
- Maintain accurate shipment records and generate performance reports
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while meeting SLAs
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
