Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics management software
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and escalate critical issues promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping metrics to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS)
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
