Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS/WMS systems and provide proactive updates
- Prepare and process customs documentation, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and hazardous material regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with LTL/FTL experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
