Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory levels and track shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms)
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and provide real-time tracking updates
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for shipping workflows
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with LTL, FTL, and ocean freight
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
