Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across domestic/international routes
- Manage documentation (customs forms, bills of lading, compliance certificates)
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment databases
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics
- Proficient in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CTL) preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish/Japanese a plus
