Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order processing, documentation, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent shipments with carriers
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and customs documentation
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams to optimize delivery timelines
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
- Implement cost-saving measures in shipping operations and carrier negotiations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations (IATA, DOT, customs)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve shipping delays
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with carriers and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
