Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including LTL, FTL, and air freight
- Manage inventory control systems and implement cycle counting protocols
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
- Generate shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize routing to minimize costs while maintaining service levels
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and escalate critical issues
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- Valid driver's license with clean record
