Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for domestic/international freight
- Optimize transportation routes and negotiate carrier contracts
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for cross-border shipments
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain 99.5% on-time delivery rate
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy
- Generate performance reports for logistics leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- OSHA/FMCSA certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
