Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively address delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate loading
- Resolve freight discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (preferred)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Experience with LTL, FTL, and ocean freight modes
