Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS platforms
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Prepare Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, and compliance documents
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely loading/unloading
- Analyze logistics data to optimize routing and costs
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and WMS systems
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Relevant certifications (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
