Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and route optimization
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and shipping documentation systems
- Resolve transportation discrepancies and provide real-time shipment updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely product availability and packaging standards
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight carriers and third-party logistics partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
