Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule shipments via air, land, and sea carriers
- Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs forms)
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Collaborate with warehouses, carriers, and customers
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management
- 3+ years shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license required
