Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules via LTL, FTL, and air freight carriers
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation systems
- Track shipments using TMS platforms and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve customs documentation and compliance issues for cross-border shipments
- Collaborate with sales teams to expedite high-priority orders
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Associates)
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise with advanced Excel skills
- Forklift certification a plus
