Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using TMS and WMS systems
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless logistics
- Generate shipping documents (BOLs, customs forms) and maintain compliance
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse team for inventory accuracy
- Analyze shipping data and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficient with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
