Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Track and trace shipments using advanced logistics software, providing real-time updates to stakeholders
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with carriers to reduce transportation costs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries with proactive communication
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management
- Maintain compliance with DOT, FDA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials handling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
