Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation preparation
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve transit delays or customs issues
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation and timely loading
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and company SOPs
- Optimize transportation routes and negotiate rates with carriers to reduce costs
- Generate shipping reports and KPI dashboards for operational analysis
- Act as primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP software
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
