Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules across multiple carriers and routes
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation for outbound shipments
- Resolve transportation delays and customer inquiries in real-time
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to prioritize order fulfillment
- Optimize packaging and loading procedures to reduce costs
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and TMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts
- Associate degree in Logistics or related field required
