Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using TMS platforms to ensure timely delivery
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels
- Process customs documentation and compliance paperwork for cross-border shipments
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status and inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, customs compliance)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry preferred
