Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Optimize routing and freight costs using TMS software
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive client updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and carrier issues
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient with TMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Valid driver's license required
