- Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules using TMS software
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and documentation compliance
- Liaise with carriers to negotiate rates and resolve transit issues
- Prepare customs paperwork and ensure regulatory adherence
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Manage warehouse dock operations and loading/unloading procedures
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
