Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation (BOLs, customs forms)
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and clients to resolve transit issues
- Optimize routing and freight costs while meeting SLAs
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS systems
- Prepare customs clearance documentation and compliance filings
- Collaborate with warehouse team for timely loading/unloading
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
