Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, ensuring timely dispatch of domestic/international shipments
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments using WMS and TMS platforms
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and carriers to resolve shipping delays
- Prepare customs documentation and compliance paperwork for cross-border shipments
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier contracts
- Monitor KPIs and prepare shipping performance reports
- Train new staff on shipping protocols and software systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
