- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, certificates of origin)
- Track shipments and provide real-time status updates to clients
- Optimize routing and carrier relationships for cost efficiency
- Resolve shipping delays and exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on delivery schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in shipping software (e.g., SAP, Oracle TMS)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Valid Texas driver's license
