Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Monitor shipments in real-time using our proprietary logistics platform, proactively resolving delays
- Negotiate rates and contracts with freight carriers to optimize transportation costs
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation and timely loading
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and company SOPs
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Certified Customs Broker (CBP) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong analytical skills with experience in route optimization and cost analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills for data modeling and reporting
