Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping/receiving schedules and optimize freight routes
- Manage inventory tracking systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Negotiate rates with carriers and maintain vendor relationships
- Prepare customs documentation and ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA
- Analyze shipment KPIs and implement process improvements
- Train team members on WMS software and safety protocols
- Collaborate with sales teams on customer-specific shipping solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
