Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track domestic/international shipments using WMS and TMS systems
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and maintain real-time inventory visibility
- Optimize routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams on special logistics projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD, or CILT) preferred
