Responsibilities
- End-to-end shipment lifecycle management from order processing to final delivery
- Strategic coordination with carriers, warehouses, and customs authorities
- Real-time shipment tracking and proactive issue resolution
- Documentation preparation including BOLs, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Route optimization and cost reduction analysis
- Stakeholder communication across sales, operations, and client teams
- Performance reporting and KPI monitoring
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Expertise in TMS platforms (Manhattan, Descartes preferred)
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills
- Ocean/air freight certification or equivalent knowledge
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with flawless documentation standards
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
