Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and carrier issues with urgency
- Maintain compliance with TSA, DOT, and international shipping regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license (required for occasional warehouse visits)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification (OSHA certification preferred)
