Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments using ERP/WMS systems
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve delivery issues proactively
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to align shipping schedules with production timelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, TMS)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and freight classifications
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A) preferred
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required
