Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and freight scheduling
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve transit delays or customs issues
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation and packaging
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (ITAR, FDA, etc.)
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Communicate shipment status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with freight carriers and negotiate competitive rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and export regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
