Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping processes across multiple carriers
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with transportation providers
- Prepare and manage customs documentation, bills of lading, and compliance paperwork
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate warehouse operations
- Liaise with clients to address shipping inquiries and special requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA/Forklift certification preferred
