Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation preparation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory tracking systems to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies and delays
- Maintain detailed shipping records and generate performance reports for leadership review
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while maintaining service quality standards
- Train and mentor junior staff on shipping protocols and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate packaging
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping data and optimize routes
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations (IATA, IMDG, customs procedures)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
