Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations for international and domestic freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize transit costs and delays
- Resolve shipment discrepancies through proactive communication with stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with TSA, FDA, and CBP regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading/unloading
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or 3+ years logistics experience
- Proficiency in TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export/import regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Pacific Northwest port operations (Portland/Tacoma)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
