Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, optimizing routes and carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping data to reduce costs and improve transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Build relationships with freight carriers and 3PL partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid KY driver's license (preferred)
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- OSHA Hazmat certification (or willingness to obtain)
