Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to optimize stock levels
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and carriers to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Monitor transportation routes and proactively address delivery delays
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies while maintaining service quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associates degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
