Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound shipments via air, ground, and rail carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) to ensure compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Build relationships with carriers and vendors to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMC regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
