Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Track shipments using WMS/TMS systems and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with vendors, customs brokers, and international partners for compliance
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse receiving/distribution schedules
- Analyze shipping data to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Prepare BOLs, commercial invoices, and export documentation
- Train staff on shipping protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with international exposure
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in customs brokerage or supply chain management preferred
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written/verbal communication in English/Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
