Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and tracking
- Optimize inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and delays
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and international shipping protocols
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Build strong relationships with carriers and freight forwarders for reliable service
- Train junior staff on shipping procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or ShipStation preferred)
- Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD) or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping data and KPIs
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for complex shipping scenarios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
