Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track and optimize freight movements using TMS systems to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to prevent stock discrepancies
- Resolve shipment delays and customer inquiries with proactive communication
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to align logistics strategies
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and warehouse safety training preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
