Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory levels and track shipment status using logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions for delayed/damaged shipments
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customs teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and trade compliance standards
- Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
