Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation preparation
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays with carriers and clients
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to prevent stockouts
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, hazardous materials handling, and trade compliance
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics data for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with freight carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and WMS software
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot shipping delays
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
