Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Optimize logistics routes to reduce costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams for integrated operations
- Implement continuous improvements to shipping workflows using logistics software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Customs Broker or International Trade Specialist preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
