Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations including order processing, inventory management, and carrier scheduling
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Optimize packaging and freight costs while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless fulfillment
- Implement and improve shipping workflows using WMS/TMS systems
- Monitor compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of LTL/FTL shipping processes and carrier networks
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in documentation
