Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple carriers and distribution channels
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Oversee order fulfillment processes from receipt to dispatch
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and track international/domestic shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading schedules
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and export documentation
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
