Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs while maintaining delivery SLAs
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams on inventory and order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in freight forwarding or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and hazardous materials handling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
- Professional certification (CSCP, CLTD) a plus
