Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, certificates of origin)
- Optimize routing to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit disruptions
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics
- Implement process improvements using TMS software
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- FCL/LCL and hazardous materials certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020
- Excel/Power BI data visualization skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent problem-solving under pressure
- Valid Oregon driver's license
